happybingo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at happybingo.cc (the "Platform"). For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, hereinafter "DPA") and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, happybingo acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data of registered users and visitors to the Platform.

• Username and encrypted password
• Government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID) submitted for KYC verification

B. Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash account number or PayMaya account details used for deposits and withdrawals
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) where bank transfer is selected
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and bonus redemptions
• Source-of-funds documentation where required for AML compliance

C. Gameplay & Activity Data

• Game session logs, including games played, wagers placed, and outcomes
• Bonus and promotion usage history
• Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status)
• Customer support interaction records, including chat transcripts and email correspondence

D. Technical & Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation derived from IP
• Device type, operating system, and browser type and version
• Cookie identifiers and session tokens

happybingo uses the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Creation & Management: To register your account, verify your identity, maintain your account profile, and provide you with access to the Platform's features.
• Payment Processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Regulatory Compliance: To comply with our obligations under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations. This includes conducting KYC checks, filing suspicious transaction reports, and maintaining required records.

• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about happybingo — but only where you have given your consent or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so, and always subject to your right to opt out at any time.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, happybingo processes your personal information on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing your registration data, payment details, and gameplay records is necessary to perform our contract with you — that is, to provide you with access to the happybingo Platform and its services.
• Legal Obligation: Processing for KYC verification, AML compliance, age verification, and regulatory reporting is required by Philippine law. We cannot waive these obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, Platform security, and service improvement is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests as a Platform operator, provided those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies is based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

happybingo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Payment Processors: We share necessary financial data with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers solely to process your transactions. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Identity Verification Providers: We use third-party KYC and identity verification services to validate government-issued IDs and confirm your eligibility to use the Platform. These providers process your data under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Game Technology Providers: Our game content is supplied by licensed third-party game studios. These providers may receive anonymized session data for game performance monitoring but do not receive your personally identifiable information.
• Regulatory Authorities: We are required by law to share information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine authorities upon lawful request or as required by our operating obligations.
• Legal Proceedings: We may disclose your information where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process issued by a Philippine court or competent authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of happybingo's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

happybingo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit the Platform. We use the following categories of cookies:

happybingo retains your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law and our regulatory obligations:

• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AML obligations under RA 9160.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction for which verification was required.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, to allow for dispute resolution and quality assurance review.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed to marketing communications, plus three (3) years following unsubscription, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
• Technical & Log Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud detection purposes, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the resulting anonymized data is no longer personal data and may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

happybingo implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and happybingo servers is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Our Platform enforces HTTPS across all pages and connections.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data stored on our servers — including identity documents, payment details, and passwords — is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes and are never stored in plaintext.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by happybingo:

• Right to Be Informed: You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected, processed, and used — which is the primary purpose of this Privacy Policy.
• Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, along with information about how it is being processed. We will respond to verified access requests within fifteen (15) business days.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you. You may update most account details directly through your account settings; for changes to identity documents, please contact our support team.
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent, or where processing is unlawful. Note that this right is subject to our legal retention obligations — we cannot delete data that we are required by law to retain.
• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to our demonstrating compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that happybingo has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Privacy Officer using the contact details in Section 13. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge a fee for exercising your rights unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

The happybingo Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine law governing participation in casino-style gambling activities. happybingo does not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 21.

During registration, all users are required to provide their date of birth and to confirm that they meet the 21+ age requirement. happybingo employs age verification procedures, including review of government-issued identification documents, to enforce this requirement.

If happybingo becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal information collected, and, where required by law, notify the relevant authorities. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 13.

happybingo's primary operations and data storage infrastructure are based in the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including certain game technology providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process or store data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, happybingo ensures that such transfers comply with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act and applicable NPC guidelines. Specifically, we rely on one or more of the following safeguards:

• Contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations on the recipient equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
• Transfers to jurisdictions that the NPC has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection.
• Your explicit consent to the transfer, where required.

happybingo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal information. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy.

Where an update requires your fresh consent — for example, where we propose to use your data for a new purpose not covered by the original consent — we will seek that consent separately before proceeding with the new processing activity.
