Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering on, or using the happybingo platform at happybingo.cc (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and happybingo ("we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on happybingo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of happybingo or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from happybingo or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. happybingo reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the happybingo Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. happybingo employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify happybingo support immediately. happybingo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed reporting a suspected breach.

happybingo reserves the right to suspend or close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to closure, we will attempt to notify you at the email address registered to your account. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held for a period of six (6) months following the closure notice, after which it may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

happybingo supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted. happybingo reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your happybingo account.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• happybingo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days. Gold and Diamond tier Golden Bank members benefit from expedited processing. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside happybingo's control, including payment provider processing times and public holidays.

happybingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and bingo rooms may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: happybingo actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

happybingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where required by law or where abuse has been detected.

All games available on the happybingo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the placement of a wager.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. happybingo accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or power failure — the following policy applies:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a game round has been completed and the result recorded by our servers prior to the malfunction, that result stands.
• happybingo's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round, made after review of server logs and game records, is final.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available upon request from our support team. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the happybingo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to happybingo support immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with happybingo.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward happybingo staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the happybingo Platform — including but not limited to the happybingo name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of happybingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from happybingo.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any happybingo trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of happybingo's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, happybingo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While happybingo makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude happybingo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

happybingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available on our Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered happybingo players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.

You may close your happybingo account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

happybingo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, happybingo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

happybingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms.
